Ormastoto Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ormastoto platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the ormastoto platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ormastoto as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

The ormastoto platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement under applicable Malaysian law.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ormastoto platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including any funds held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension and withdrawal requests being declined.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ormastoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to the support team immediately.

Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain thresholds. Documents submitted must match the information registered on your account.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users of the ormastoto platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or transactions
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the normal functioning of the platform
• Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with any third party
• Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or money laundering
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised methods
• Registering using a false identity or inaccurate information

Any breach of the above rules entitles ormastoto to suspend or close the relevant account, withhold or void any winnings or balances, and pursue appropriate legal action where applicable.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the ormastoto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include DuitNow and GrabPay. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is registered under the same name as their ormastoto account.

Successful deposits will be credited within the timeframe stipulated by your chosen payment method. ormastoto is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification, fulfilment of any applicable bonus requirements, and withdrawal limits set according to your account tier. Withdrawal requests that do not meet these conditions may be placed on hold or declined until all requirements are satisfied. All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except in circumstances recognised by ormastoto.

Ormastoto reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks on suspicious transactions. Transactions identified as high-risk may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

Ormastoto provides an online entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis. The platform makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption or technical error. ormastoto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Ormastoto's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

Ormastoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions; fraudulent or suspicious activity; the user's own request; legal requirements or court orders; or account inactivity exceeding the stipulated period. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any funds held in that account may be withheld pending the completion of an investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the ormastoto support team. All eligible balances will be returned once the verification process is completed.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the ormastoto platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the property of ormastoto or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of ormastoto.

Third-Party Links & Services

The ormastoto platform may contain links to third-party services or providers, such as game providers and payment processors. ormastoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Ormastoto reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated via the platform or to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms and conditions are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
